Barcelona has always been one of my favourite cities. I’ve been there several times already, and I know I’ll keep coming back. The light, the atmosphere, the creative energy… it’s a place that constantly inspires me. This trip was especially meaningful, as it marked the moment when a long-time creative idea finally came to life.

I had been following Pao and her studio in Barcelona for a long time, and I always knew that one day we would create something together in that space. Meeting her in person was just as special as I imagined, she is the sweetest and her studio is even more beautiful in real life. As soon as I knew I would be in the city, I reached out to Pao to see if she would be open to a styled shoot organised by Dora and me. That week, we created two styled shoots with completely different aesthetics, and this one focused on a refined, editorial mood that felt calm, high-end, and intentional, a perfect match for Pao & Dennis, and the studio itself.

For this styled shoot, we wanted to combine Hungarian and Spanish bridal brands, creating a cross-border collaboration that felt fresh and thoughtful. One of the gowns was the KALLIOPÉ dress by NORA SARMAN, while the second look featured the ELY dress from ENZIAGE BRIDAL. Both designs worked beautifully within the space and complemented the overall visual story. The look was completed with a headpiece by Zsófi Vecsei, founder of VECSEI MILLINARY, whose work fit the concept perfectly.

The floral design was created by Diana from GOFLORAL, and she truly exceeded every expectation. We asked for something refined and gave her full creative freedom. When we saw what she created, we were beyond happy, the florals added depth and a carefully curated atmosphere to the studio.

Lili Somogyi, our makeup artist, was with us from the very beginning and created a clean, polished makeup look for Pao. Dotti joined us as our hairstylist and completed the looks with soft, effortless styling. Hang Pham, our content creator, captured the entire day beautifully on her phone, documenting both details and behind-the-scenes moments. And a huge thank you to Camila for her styling support throughout the shoot.

A truly incredible team came together for this day, and it became one of the highlights of the year for us. Creating something so meaningful alongside Dora and this amazing team, just before the Wedding Photography Conference BODAF EUROPE, made the experience even more special.

Barcelona really gave us the perfect setting, but it was the people, trust, and shared creative vision that made this styled shoot unforgettable.
